The Ethicurean lives by the three words: seasonal, local and ethical. It’s based in a Victorian walled garden, and the identity that I designed has notions of gentrification and rural living – a nod to the restaurant’s heritage.
The restaurant produces an apple juice on-site which needed a label (and happily, they asked me to do it!) Using the style created from the identity and the rich colour of the apple juice, the label acts as a sunset over the beautiful surrounding countryside of the walled garden.
